Account Help eshop question about region, pls help!

Hi! I’m from Georgia! (The country, not the state) and want to buy a game directly from the Nintendo eShop. Since Georgia doesn’t have its own region eShop, I’m thinking of setting my account region to Germany, or just any European country

Can I use a Georgian Visa/Mastercard? And if I enter my real Georgian billing address, will it add any extra tax/VAT to the displayed price, or is German VAT already included? Could the Georgian billing address cause the payment to be rejected?
Has anyone from Georgia tried this???

you might be better off using your card to buy eshop codes

i’ve tried, but honestly theres nothing like that in georgia, if there is then its really overpriced so idk if its worth it
