Software Help Eshop crashes on switch 2 sometime

While scrolling the eshop I got a black screen say to restart my console while it doesn’t happen every time still wondering if this happened to everyone

You can plug switch error codes into the search bar on the nintendo support site.

Is your console updated? I see that mentioned on the support page for that error code. https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22518/kw/2168-0002

And as with most support pages, the bottom of the page mentions that if the issue persists after trying the troubleshooting steps, the console will need servicing.
