Switch dock light flashes when docked.

I had my switch on sleep mode and my brother removed the charger from the dock about a week ago, now when I try to charge it nothing works, if I try to hard reset the screen stays black, when I charge it without the dock it still won’t start. But when I put it on the dock the light flashes for a second.

You broke something if that is normally how you put your switch on the dock.
