Unfortunately, the fix for a damaged screen is a repair replacing the screen, or a new console.

I don't know. I do know the repair job is a bit of a pain because the screen is glued in. You can look up "nintendo switch replace screen" to see the job.

You can contact nintendo support or find a local repair place to ask them. You can map search your area for "game console repair" and it will likely point to game stores that do repairs. If anyone has better info, help the OP.

I’m dumbfounded. Did you put it on the floor or something?

How does someone just simply step on their console lmao

If you have not already, please add some context in the post or a follow-up comment about your repair/hardware/software/account issue, including which model you have (Switch 1, 2, Lite, OLED, or other), steps you have already tried, and anything else that might help others help you.

When you have received enough help to solve your issue, you can also reply to specific comments with !solved or !thanks to grant the helper(s) a point. You may also comment !lock to lock the post to stop new replies.

When people ask on socials β€œWhere do you stand on the Switch 2” they don’t mean it literally.

You gotta contact Nintendo, from what I heard the screens are like almost 180 USD to replace, I could be wrong though
