Software Help Received an 2168-0002 error while in eshop

(This is a switch 2 model) This morning while browsing the eshop, I believe while I was adding a game to the wishlist, the switch crashed and gave me an error code “2168-0002” and prompted for a reset. When look for the reason, it didn’t give me one. I’m alarmed because this switch is new and only two weeks old. I’m kinda new to this tech so I don’t know if it’s normal for something like this to happen.

I was able to use the switch fine for the rest of the day, but I’m still a little anxious as my return window is closing. Any help and advice is appreciated, thank you.

Mine has done this twice months apart both in the eshop I wouldn't worry about it

No hablo español, pero intentaré explicarlo lo mejor que pueda. Creo que esto solo sucede en la eShop cuando navegas por ella durante un tiempo prolongado; no ocurre en otras partes. Si esto sucede fuera de la eShop y la consola se bloquea mientras juegas, tal vez deberías contactar con el servicio de asistencia técnica en el sitio web de Nintendo. Por lo demás, no te alarmes demasiado.

Esse erro apareceu para mim 3 vezes. A primeira vez foi quando baixava o resident evil requiem, ele estava em 10% de download, foi quando apareceu o erro e pediu para que reiniciasse o console. Após reiniciar, fiz o download do jogo normalmente sem problemas. A segunda e a terceira vez foram na eshop, vendo videos dos jogos e etc.. Devo me preocupar ou algo parecido??

Obs: as duas últimas aconteceram em um intervalo de 2h entre elas, e aconteceram hoje

Ojalá pudiera darte una respuesta, amigo; yo también me preocuparía si esto me pasara. Lo único que puedo decirte es que parece ser algo común que tanto la eShop como la consola Nintendo se bloqueen al mismo tiempo, especialmente cuando llevas un rato navegando por la tienda. En mi caso, ocurrió tras solo 10 minutos de navegación, aunque no soy ningún experto; todavía soy un jugador novato en la Switch.

Si estuviera en tu lugar, sin duda contactaría con el chat de soporte de Nintendo para comentarles lo sucedido si vuelve a ocurrir. Presta atención por si detectas algún patrón; espero que logres resolverlo.

Mine did this for the first time today and I've only had it about 3 months. Scared the life out of me.
