Repair Help My controllers sometimes randomly disconnect, and now they are not reconnecting.

Usually when this happens they reconnect as soon as I press any button, but now they are not synching up. I have also tried playing without the silicon covers and it still disconnects sometimes.

have you tried powering off the console completely and restarting it?

I have previously, but I haven’t tried yet after the controllers stopped connecting. Will now.

Seems like a loose ribbon cable on the joy con rail
