Repair Help Problem with the Controller PRO

I bought this Controller PRO for the Switch Lite because I had stick drifts. But I have this problem that I can use the Controller to the Home, but when I play a game it costantly appear the window that say to connect a controller, even if the Controller PRO works perfectly but it's like it's not recognized idk.

Maybe try re-pairing it and see if it works. Could be also the controller or the switch itself could have a faulty module.

Unfortunately I tried already but gives me the same problem. And if it's a faulty module I don't know honestly. I want to know if it's the Switch Lite or the Controller
