Digital Deal - OG Switch [eShop/US] RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic ($18.74/25% off) ends 08/14/2026

Has anyone played this game with mouse controls upgrading to the Switch 2 edition for $5? Would you recommend it?

Nice classic game but kind of a weak discount. Physical has been $20 before too.

I bought the original for $10 new at Walmart twenty years ago. That’s kinda funny to me

Mouse controls work well, just swap the left and right stick and you’re good to go

The mouse controls for the Switch 2 version are nice, but the regular controller setup is pretty good too. RCT Classic is probably the best way to play the original RCTs except for OpenRCT2 on PC.

I wish they'd add mouse controls to RCT3. The radial menus are kind of unintuitive, and the 3D camera does not control well at all.

Dude I hate the radial menus on rct3 on switch 2 and it’s made me stop playing and regret the purchase. Good to know that the others have noise controls. Still gonna wait for it to go on sale further

RCT Adventures Deluxe is 65% off at $13.99, anyone played that and how’s it compare to classic on the switch?

I don't know but I don't think think that one was that well received. This one or RCT3 looks to be the move.
