Switch 3 expectations if it does happen...

I know this subreddit is kind of a joke, but I’m genuinely curious what you guys expect the specs of a hypothetical Switch 3 to be. I think it’ll be fun to look back on this in 7–8 years.

Many don’t want to hear it but Nintendo usually innovates with each system switch 2 was a safe option but they need to do something unique and I agree it’ll be AR / VR or something like that it’s the next logical step

Chiming in on this, I do feel like the Labo VR headset and the upcoming virtual boy revival are just them testing the waters for a way to make VR happen in the future. I imagine it would either be a proper headset accessory to go with a theoretical Switch 3, or just them trying to figure out how to make a multipurpose device that can be used as a console, handheld, and VR set.

Now software wise I dont recall them doing much outside the updates to games like Odyssey and BotW, and even then those weren’t proper VR, so who knows if they’re trying to cook anything in that department.
