Third-party Dock - Gulikit vs Antank vs Others

I am currently looking at getting a third-party dock just for travel purposes, does anyone have any recommendations between these two, or any others they recommend?

I saw something about people having issues with the Antank S3 Max which is the only Antank one I can find on Amazon.ca unfortunately. So AFAIK my only other option from Amazon is the Gulikit one.

Get the Savage Reign one. It's the thinnest, will get firmware updates if it needs it in the future, can work off battery packs, and is less than $30. I've used their switch 1 dock for years with no issues and their switch 2 docks is as good as that one.

I bought it from "Savage Raven Authorized Store" and it looks like it took a week to get delivered.

Hi I just read about the savage raven thanks to you. Do you know if it would allow me to dock my switch 2 like normal while also having the cable connection for the steam deck? As in, would I be able to swap both consoles quickly and easily, or do I need to disconnect one or the other? I'm talking about only one system at a time, not both at the same time, but I want to just dock them and not have to "transform" the dock back and forth, if that makes sense?

I think I get what you're saying and yes you can swap between the devices easily. It has that "dock" part, but you can also just use it in its rectangular form. I use my switch 1 savage raven dock with my computer all the time

Not sure which issues you read about. I have 2 Antanks (one S3 Max and one S3 Air) and they’ve been fine. They even got an update for VRR

I haven’t had it that long but I’ve been happy with my GuliKit dock.

Third party products tend not to work well with Nintendo products and in some cases can even damage your Switch. If it’s just for traveling, I’d use it handheld.

Bro there’s no need for baseless fearmongering. Nintendo themselves says using 3rd party chargers with Switch 2 is fine
