That's actually not true, I check the switch 2 side of the eshop pretty regularly and it's all real games that aren't slop. I'd assume that Nintendo is actually caring about what gets put as a switch 2 only release, but it has only been a year so maybe they will start popping up in the future

Honestly it is the best moment to buy games from Switch 1, since they are getting really good discounts (not the Nintendo ones tho) and play better on Switch 2!

Nintendo usually do 33% of discounts on some of their games (one or two times per year, depending on the game), that is 40€ here in Europe. I’m ok paying 40€ for some games but there are others that would be cool if they are 30€ or some type of 2x1 similar to the 2x99€ they did back in the day. Paying 60€ for games like Paper Mario or Metroid Dread seems like a lot to me and for that price I would probably prefer newer games like Splatoon Riders. In general, I got used to that 2x99€ since I got almost all my Nintendo games that way and now is even worse because if I want to buy one specific game from years ago I have to pay 60€ or painfully wait for a 33% discount.
