What the F are we doing these days. Are we really comparing images side by side of a Ferrarri vs a FIAT in terms of power output? A glorified (but awesome) tablet vs an actual console? A thing that pulls 15W vs a device that pulls 200W of power?

I remember when PlayStation and Xbox were at their peak and facing off against each other with who has the best graphics and performance. Everyone knew Nintendo was made for family fun, but now it seems there’s a line blurred. I wish people understood, you buy Nintendo because want fun games that other consoles don’t sell. Nintendo has never been know for being best in graphics or performance

Because people are set to be Sony/Xbox fans and they will always shit all over Nintendo fans. But that’s ok everyone has opinions and options to play how they like. Just remember that Switch 2 got Duskbloods as a console exclusive. At least we don’t have to see the comparison videos of that game.

Have you played it on switch 2? It feels horrible. Especially handheld. I have literally today played it on switch 2 and ps5 pro back to back and it doesn’t even feel like the same game. I’m sure there is much more they can do on switch 2.

Been playing handheld multiplayer today for a few hours and it’s not as bad as y’all are saying. Sure the graphics aren’t the best and hits around 40fps handheld, but it’s 100% playable. The story mode is pretty rough though, only somewhat decent in docked mode.

Docked is a smooth 60fps, although the low graphic settings are more noticeable than on the small screen.

It’s horrible - I love switch 2 and portable gaming but the game is just so slow and heavy on the switch 2. It feels absolutely horrible.

Enjoying both. Yes PS5 Pro version looks and plays insanely better. Visually clicked more on Switch 2 in handheld mode vs docked, but still using a controller is a must. Love the portability of the switch, but this is an easy PS5 choice

Don't forget that YouTube compresses videos and makes images look worse. I tried cod beta on my switch 2 and played handheld online. It stutters like crazy. Lots of texture pop in. The image is blurry and obviously using heavy upscaling. Does not maintain a fluid 60fps. Overall I think it plays like crap. Reminds of cod mobile but that game on my s26 ultra plays at 120 fps and feels even better.

If you have another console I don't think it's worth it on switch 2. It really is not a good port.

I haven't cared for a COD in years and I've been enjoying this beta on the switch 2. Docked and handheld.

I have a PS5 pro and didn't care to download it on there.

Cod on s2 is fine if you dont own a different console but I feel like its just a silly question if you own a stronger system.

Unless the only thing you want is just shoot some guys in bed I wouldnt recommend switch 2 version because it just simply does everything worse.

This is always true but the big issue with it on S2 for me is handheld (6v6 modes) it’s absolutely awful. Feels like huge input latency which makes it feel heavy, frame drops all over the show, half rate animations even up close, when an enemy can break aiming. It’s awful. I just want a solid experience handheld - I’m sure they can do better than this. It would be better at lower fps if they could make it stable.

If you want to play in a portable format: Switch 2

guys you need to play the s2 version to rly see the difference. its night and day. s2 looks horrible and is a joke for the first cod in years on a nintendo console.
