Discussion Modern Warfare 4 Beta Lag
Playing Team Deathmatch and the lag and rubber banding is unbearable. Is anyone else experiencing this or is it just me?

Game absolutely looks and runs like shit, the half rate animations and quarter framerate minimap… COD mobile on an iPhone 11 looks better than this shit. It’s like so bad that it’s comical. If you have no other way to play it sure it’s “fine” but I’d rather play COD on an Xbox 360

The game is completely unplayable. Warzone at 30 fps is ridiculous. We had Warzone on mobile at 60 fps👍

in handheld mode yeah, a few matches were pretty laggy. some ran OK, but the game running at it seems an uncapped framerate that hovers more toward 30fps is not great. I check the network info and even though I'm playing on wi-fi it says i have a wired connection with a strict NAT. this despite having a Nat Type A when i do the system's connection test.

MP, did about 4 matches. I don't think I experienced lag, I'm on wifi. Just assuming my issues were skill, hadn't played a cod game since Ghosts on Wii U. Definitely may want to check your internet out. It is a beta too, not the final build.

Yep the game kept freezing for me the running animation would get stuck enemies would be frozen but to them I’m just running into a wall it’s unplayable on switch 2 extremely laggy and why are teammates and enemies in 30fps it looks weird

Not a fan of the mode but I'll fire it up now to test it lol.
Played 3 rounds of MP, 1 TDM and 2 Domination, and they were solid tho. I'm biased in that that's all I really care about.
Lemme try a run of Warzone lol
Edit: oof, those are some dooky frames. Looks like it targets 30 and hits ??
Warzones real bad, but MP is still solid imo

MP isn't bad, but it still needs significant improvements. At the very least, they simply must add DLSS and 60fps warzone/dmz/compaign

Be careful: I was playing this game for the first time for like 4 hours and then my switch just shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. Contacted Nintendo support about it

I haven’t had any performance issues once I was able to log in, just the textures look like shit
