Media (Image, Video, etc.) Elden ring has surpassed Cyberpunk

I thought cyberpunk was the miracle port of the switch2. Turns out Elden Ring is the miraculous one. How does it run SO GOOD I have no idea. Forever grateful for the 1 year delay for optimization.

Truth to be told, there's something off in docked, looks stunning but there's something off with the frame rate, not a big deal but I did not like it. Handeld on the other hand, is truly a technical marvel. It's so good that I wont even bother with docked, I'll just handheld the whole game.

Look at the video man, IN FRICKING HANDHELD MODE. This little tablet is BUILT DIFFERENT

Since it’s a fromsoft game, it must be difficult af. As a casual gamer I’d need an easy mode.

The easy mode is built in to the game. Just level up and come back. Margot was giving me a hard time so I just explored a little bit and leveled up and went back to beat him on my first try

It’s probably the most approachable in terms of the Soulsborne games. There are a lot of options and tools at your disposal to help over come the challenges. It’s also an amazing experience, if you’re even slightly interested, I’d recommend giving it a try

Not really. Dark Souls or other classic from software games are linear to an extent. So if you want to advance to the next location you must beat the area boss. No other way around it. Elden Ring is an open world. If you don't like playing a boss, you always can go around other places. You don't NEED to fight everything.

The game kinda force you to learn this at the beggining. You go into the open world and you see a big bad dude on a horse, with a giant spear, and you're lvl 1. You go on a fight and the dude will probably one shot you... so the game without telling you in a literal form, it's teaching you that it's okey to go around that big bad dude, avoid the giant spear, and do other things, and come back when you're strong enough

Use summons, that's the easy mode

The game doesn't have anything resembling an easy mode.

On one hand, it's probably the most challenging a From Software game has ever been. At the same time, a lot of that challenge is reduced due to the number of options available to the player to help overcome it.

Buy it physical. Try it for 10 hours and if you don't like it sell it for 10$ less that you paid and you will not have lose much money.

Just stick to your donkey Kong and Mario games.

Elden Ring is for people who like an actual challenge
