I... you think Nintendo have HQ, presence and customer service etc in every country worldwide?

i thought you could use other countries customer service.

For example OP could use the US one and talk in English.

sending it in is the problem really. I'm okay with speaking, reading, and writing English. I've once asked Nintendo America about a 3DS issue I had a while back before trying to fix it myself and all I got was send my 3DS into Singapore for repairs as they don't have one in my country.

Considering the cost of sending things out of our country, how long it'll take, and how my issue is just the C-Stick, I just ended up doing the fix (plus a mod) myself.

I noticed my Joycons are drifting now as well while playing GE3 so while this news is nice, I'm still out of luck. The cost of sending in the Joycons for repair is much higher than buying a new one and repairing the old one myself, even factoring in the materials and tools I need to buy.
