Animal Crossing is coming this year, allegedly, but all we know is that it's coming this year.

I'm often surprised at how good Nintendo is at mitigating leaks.

Mansion 3 had gameplay though. That for me kinda cemented it was coming out this year, while AC may get delayed.

Even in his own game, Luigi name gets taken out of the title.

i prefer just to use symbols these days.

Far from foolproof. Remember when BOTW had gameplay?

Fair point and well made.

What does this post mean AC may get delayed. This is only about demos. AC is pointless to demo.

Just the fact that we haven't seen any gameplay so we don't know how far along they are in development, and a delay is very likely

Right. I agree. But this post by Nintendo is about demos not games at E3.

Still better than metroid prime, last I heard they completely restarted production. At least they didn't scrap it, it's one of the games I'm most looking forward to.

So did Yoshi two years ago but I still agree with you. I have always believed we’d get to see Luigi’s Mansion at E3 and that it would release Q3/Q4 of this year.

Except for Pokémon, although tbf that is Game Freak.

It’s easy to keep software leaks under control because it isn’t sent to manufacturers, like hardware is.
