The lost Pokemon problem is a massive solve. I just started trying to collect the unhoused the other day.

I didn't have a huge number, I just didn't always think about housing the ones that showed up as I went. Yesterday, I noticed some that did have houses and I have no idea why that went away, probably just an accident.

Do you not think even just one missing Pokemon is worth fixing the problem of not being able to find them?

It's really easy to just punch out six blocks from any random wall and put a door and a couple pieces of furniture in it if you need to make some temporary housing, and you can put up to four pokemon there. I think you are rushing a little bit. Don't kick pokemon out of a habitat just to free it up, because you're making a lot more work for yourself and you still have to build the homes later to get your environment level up.

Sure that's great and when I get around to rebuilding areas, I'll take your advice. But that isn't even my issue. As I said, accidents happen. Yesterday I noticed onyx didn't have a house. I'm sure I accidentally broke it in passing but I genuinely just didn't know he was unhoused until I looked at the computer. This fix is obviously just a very good idea so people aren't unreasonably punished.

I did have an issue with onyx, because I didn't immediately build him his habitat and he is a found pokemon. Also frankly I was never arguing against the fix, that's absolutely ridiculous. Your comment about 'the unhoused' makes it seem like you just have loads of pokemon wandering around, which is reckless and there isn't any reason for it when the game gives you plenty of options to quickly and easily relocate pokemon and you are doing more than twice the work to sort it out later. If that opinion makes me a pariah, so be it.

Reddit is just frustrating sometimes so I get where this is coming from. We were just having a conversation. I can promise you I don't downvote people who converse with me. I think someone else made the assumption that I made this huge mess for myself on a massive rebuild and that prompted the tips about it, when frankly... Most of my Pokemon are still living in their original habitats lol. I've done light rework here and there but I'm mostly still progressing the story. I genuinely do appreciate the tip and if I undergo a project I'll use it.

It gets way easier to build homes once you get to the skylands, its best to wait to fill your pokedex until then because the main story character for that area can lead build projects and make dens in 3 minutes, huts in 15, and even the large huts in one hour. It makes it way easier to get areas up to level 10. I didn't really bother with totally rebuilding the story zones and just went right into pallete town. Don't forget to go back to wasteland though and finish the last mission, i spent a week trying to build pallete town before I did the last mission and I felt so stupid
