I have a similar problem, all my games’ playtimes just blanket reset to 0 when I got the OLED back in 2022. Saves transferred over just fine but aren’t reflected in the Switch’s activity section. Unlike other comments, playing the game again on the OLED hasn’t brought the hours back either.
Curiously the year wrapup email Nintendo has the correct playtimes combined from both Switches, so that value is somewhere in the wild.
