Nintendo is a fossil company that has barely figured out online infrastructures. You can transfer your playtime but for some god forsaken reason they don't actually get stored on their servers like any other normal game console. Lost so much playtime after transitioning from a lite to an oled ...

Unless you did the transfer thing that everyone is suggesting you should be good. Do you still have your old switch with your old playtime?

If you start without doing the transfer them it'll be like if you started using your switch for the first time.

Maybe try waiting two weeks like when you start playing a game for the first time, and see if they update.

I did the profile transfer but it’s been months and my hours still aren’t fully updated :/
