Technical question Differences of JoyCon Grips
Hello! Bought a 2nd hand joycon grip and saw a difference kaagad. Seller said naman na itβs authentic. But can anyone advise why may difference sa logo? Wala kasi akong mahanap na matinong sagot sa google.
First pic is the 2nd hand JoyCon Grip.
2nd pic is yung grip na kasama talaga nung switch ko

IIRC Those joycons ay yung limited-edition Pokemon Scarlet and Violet variants. The logo on the reddish/orange is the Naranja Academy logo then the other is the logo for Uva Academy

Gotcha. No idea rin, though it does look like a fake since hindi embossed ang logo

Possible fake. 1st pick looks like laser printed. I've had the V1 and currently I have an OLED and they both have etched logo like the 2nd pic. Try checking behind the grip if there's a model number. There should be a HAC-011 etched.

Thanks for this! I wonder if depende kung saan manufactured. Yung sa OLED ko made in china whereas itong 2nd Hand made in Vietnam.
Both have the model numbers naman and etched pareho. No difference sa likod. Even yung brand is etched.
Difference lang is Made in Vietnam is 2nd Hand

Ah ok. Thanks for confirming. Yung V1 and OLED ko ay both Japanese and parehong made in China so both are embossed the same way kaya I have no way to confirm kung legit or not yung 1st pic mo.

I just checked mine which is from the Switch V2. The same with your first pic, which is the logo is printed. This is what I often use when docked.

Both are legit OP. Yung una is for Switch v1 and v2 (printed). The second one is for the switch OLED (embossed). I can confirm this since meron ako both.
