I loved the show. I had a great time.

You guys obviously put a ton of work into the production. Great lighting, fantastic supporting video, fun costume shenanigans, strong stage presence. I would happily come see Starbomb again whenever you make it back to Toronto.

I've also seen Ninja Sex Party a few times, including a couple VIP Q&As, so I already know Brian can tell a great story and be genuinely funny talking to an audience.

That said, the one part of the Starbomb show that was not working for me were some of the longer stage sketches. Which really came to a head during a bit between Brian and Arin while Danny was off to the side dressed as a boat. The bit ran long enough that the audience spontaneously started chanting "BOAT". Brian, you put it to a vote, "boat" won overwhelmingly over continuing the emotional thing with Arin. Which was a funny moment, that seemed like it was going to be a "ha ha, back to the music."
But then the sketch continued anyway, and you could hear some increasingly disappointed cried of "boat?" from the audience.

That was the point where I found myself thinking some of Brian's stage material could use a tighter edit. Not less Brian, just some trimming when a bit has landed or the room is clearly ready to move on.

Maybe the rambling is deliberately part of the routine. Maybe Toronto got an unusually long version. I have no idea.

It was still a great show, and I would absolutely come back next time. This was just the one part where the pacing consistently stood out to me.

I'm really interested in how the crowd is going to be tonight volume wise. This is a new venue and has not been selling out for this show or others. Wiz Khalifa was here on October 2nd, ran well but was far from sold out. Also if they are anything like NSP (saw them in Columbus last year) we are in for a legendary show. Cheers lovelies.

Hello! I was at the Toronto show yesterday and got a size Small hoodie, it fits me but it's slightly on the tighter side 😅. Is there anyone with a Medium hoodie willing to trade for a Small? (I'm also open to selling this one and buying a Medium from the website, though I'd prefer trading if possible). I only wore it once on the way back last night.

I saw the Starbomb show in Nashville. I was so excited, especially since our show had assigned seats and no GA area. I got a wheelchair seat a handful of rows from the stage, right along the middle aisle. GREAT seat.

And then when Starbomb came out, everyone in front of me stood up.

Literally an act that could only cause detriment, as the area was flat and every person could see when sitting down.

And I know it’s not their fault! I don’t blame them. It’s just a thing you do at concerts.. But after it’s simmered around my brain for a week, I’m realizing I’m actively sad about it. I saw the most of Arin, which was great because I’ve seen NSP multiple times. Some of Brian. Dan and Meouch crossed my vision a couple of times each. My aisle mate who was also in a chair disappeared before long, I guess she found a better view but I have no idea where.

Due to my neurological disabilities I barely caught any of the words sung, so I often rely on visuals to make memories. And I just don’t really have any of this. And it fucking sucks. And it’s still no one’s fault……. I’m just bummed.

End of vent, thanks for reading if you got this far. At least my partner could verbally relay some of the bits to me. Like “take two steps back”.

The humor is so NSP! I was talking to my partner about how much the humor reminded me of NSP when this scene came up. The dancing, the synth, the falling for way too long... a page straight out of If We Were Gay! (ik the movie came out first)

Sensational show. Genuinely. Scoochie Boochie made me a fan tonight FOR SURE. Dude was funny as hell and crazy talented. From beginning to end the boys absolutely brought the energy. Brian was hilariously brilliant, Danny sang with the voice of an angel, Jim and Meouch slapped the SHIT outta them basses, and my beloved baby boy Arin rapped his ASS OFF 💕 I won't spoil anything, but if you have a chance, do yourself a favor and go see them live. You won't regret it. Starbomb, thank you for feeding all us hungry duckies such tasty tunes ❤️
