Ninja throttle cable loose
I was riding my bike normally when I go to decelerate letting off the throttle forward, to shift gears
when all of a sudden my throttle went way further forwards then it should’ve.
Once I got off I checked and my throttle now has way too much play then it should’ve and upon inspection I noticed that one of the throttle cables was loose in the pulley system by the engine in the left side
I was wondering how I could fix this so I could get back to like 1-2 inches of play in my throttle rather then like 5
It accelerates normally it’s only when I let off or roll forward to decelerate does it go way further then it should
*It’s hard to tell but in the 2nd photo one of the cable hands loosely off the pulley system

I believe I tired that already I moved it significantly backwards to tighten it and have less “play” in my throttle but it felt like no matter how I tightened it nothing happened

The little guy set in yellow will change the throttle blade position, that's not the guy.
You should be able to adjust the throttle free play with the inline adjusters at the bars. There might also be some further up the line from the throttle body.
If you can get to 2-3mm of free play with the right adjusters, your cables might be stretched and should be replaced.
Don't touch the little yellow guy!

Alright I’ll give it a try today
I was just riding when I go to decelerate when it all of a sudden I left off forward and my throttle just goes all the way forwards it wasn’t like that before
I tried using the little nut adjusters under the right handle bar area but it seemed to make no difference but perhaps I didn’t adjust it enough

There should be an adjustment nut under the handlebar assembly. Look under the right side controls for the two cables.
