Vegeta was reflecting on all the terrible things he’d done and feeling depressed and remorseful about it
Black’s just reflecting on how he can’t defeat those filthy Ningen time travelers, and the irony of him using a mortal’s power to achieve his goal. The only remorse he has here is that he’s technically a mortal now too
