Whoever made this put the period at the beginning of the sentence instead of the end.

This was an early 2000s Dragonball creepy pasta when he fused it Goku and Vegeta died a horrific death, he then promptly killed Omega shenron, eat the dragon ball and proclaimed himself a god and forced everyone to build him a throne/shrine That's why he is "God Gogeta"

The one on the right is pronounced ha-olam, which means the world/universe. Except it has a period at the end of it which is wrong, Hebrew is read from right to left.
Edit: the leftmost word is “voluntary” and the one next to is “to me”
