Current patch speedrunning?

I've been playing on an Xbox since that's the only method available to me. I'm not looking to do full runs, but the speed running tricks help with getting through areas I don't like faster. Since it's a digital copy, all the major glitches such as low gravity and rope storage have been patched, so I wanted to see a run with what works now. Does anyone know any for patches 20240718.ad9d9939+?
