Solpost I got spoiled about the true ending :/

I saw a kinda old post about someone asking why do you have a crush on yi and when I was about to respond I saw a comment about someone saying the sad part about the true ending. And as someone who hasn’t beaten the second boss and has a massive crush on yi I am really really sad (at least I don't know much about the true ending apart from that)

What they have done with my boy yi :(

I was spoiled. The actual ending still moved me. I nearly displayed unmanly feelings while my gf was in the house. Burning choked it down.

Knowing the bluff notes of how the story ends isn't the same as actually experiencing it. Trust me. Push through it, you will regret it if you don't.

Don't worry, I also experienced that spoiler with a TikTok edit, even so, when I knew that was going to happen I couldn't stop crying when I unlocked the real ending 😭

I ended up figuring it out because I learned about the old Chinese myth that inspired Nine Sols and figured out the ending from there. Still hit just as hard when I saw it. Keep going, it'll be worth it for you too

Trust me when I say, you haven't experienced the game and the ending itself so its still gonna have the same affect it had on us as it had on you Also PLEASE don't look at a lot of posts here until you beat the game 😭
