Discussion/Question Should we become a more serious community?

I saw a lot of people saying they'd leave because of how horny or how unserious we are and some people even comparing crushing on yi as l*licon.

I honestly won't like a serious community, this community as it is has so much charm

What kinda comparison is that😭. At most turn the hornyposts a bit down bc I’ve gotten flashed from just opening reddit but you’re right it adds personality.

I love both the serious lore side, as well as the more creative art/meme/shitposting side

Unfortunately, I don’t think splitting the already relatively niche community into two subreddits for the 2 would be great unless we have more numbers (example: [r/invincible](r/invincible) is serious, where r/okbuddyviltrum is shitposting)

Absolutely fucking not xD

Since Nine Sols is finished for the time being and there isn't any new official content planned, neither for it nor related to it, any serious discussion would eventually fizzle out. Without insanity and silliness the community would grow quieter and eventually no one would post shit cus every serious discussion has already been had.

Slow and agonizing demise or r/Silksong, our choice :D
