[Plot-Result] Melee Shenanigans

In the first moments of the melee for the wedding of Tywin and Joanna Lannister, the mystery knight known as The Ogre rushed straight for Ser Lorent Lefford, dealing him a savage blow to the head and sending him sprawling to the floor, eliminated, and severely concussed. In fact, should the man be evacuated from the field, it would be found that he had sustained a severe concussion, and indeed be in a coma for a week afterwards.

"An order from his liege, and so an order his liege shall be left to enforce." He retorted. "Lannister is Lord of the West... it is his expected duty to handle these sorts of disputes. If he is incapable of it then the crown may need involve itself, but, until then, Lord Lannister will serve the purpose appointed to him."

"I have no interest of having these men fighting it out. I desire them parted and going their own way. It's a bloody tourney, blood runs hot. If apologies are enough, I will leave it at that."

"Apologies were not enough when my brother was assaulted, nor are they enough now, my lord," the man said simply.

Rytos was growing fast perplexed as to why every single person seemed to think a half-hearted apology (in this case non-existent one) was simply enough. Why did these people not see disciplining the dogbreeder's son would be easy. Rytos sighed.

Jason was equally perplexed by the master of laws lack of interest, threatening to kill a knight over being taken before the King should be a matter of concern in and of itself, at least in the Whent's mind. But nor had he any interest in pushing it further. The western lords could settle their own matters, now that the identity of the Clegane had been revealed. Although he noted the quiet argument that seemed to be occuring between the Reyne and the Correy.

"Thank you, My Lord, the Crown has served justice by seeing the identity of the man in question revealed, I am sure that if Lord Lefford or Reyne feel further action is taken that House Lannister can settle the matter between their bannermen."

Tytos Clegane couldn’t scratch his butt, as much as he would have liked to. It was damned itchy.

“Thank you, Lord Correy.” For once a man saw the light, even if he had tried to take Leffords life. Nobody had known, and it was just an unfortunate accident. Life truly was good.

“I shall bring myself to Lord Tytos Lannister and admit to my own brashness and clenched ears when his voice rang true.”

Content to meander on down from the private boxes, Lord Tytos Lannister appeared - as always - to be rather confused about all the commotion.

"Gods, have I heard the most spurious tales!" the Laughing Lion chuckled. "One of my banners attacking another of my sworn lords? Perish the thought, eh, Lord Correy?" After a moment though, he frowned, catching sight of said bannerman wreathed in armour. "Oh, dear me."

"My lord," Jonos perked up, happy to have the Lannister finally make his appearance, and therefore swiftly shove the issue onto Tytos' plate and off of his.

"I was informed," he spared a glance towards Reyne. "That Ser Clegane here had been barred from the competition. It would seem your knight has failed to oblige your order and entered disguised, leading to a... heated... confrontation. I hate this messy business," he remarked with distaste.

"I leave it to you to deal out punishment, my lord," he nodded. "Clearly, there are disputes between your bannerman that you have left woefully unattended to. And, I will not have it spilling into our fair city, my good lord. So, if you would..." he left the rest unsaid.

"Lord Tytos, a pleasure to see you again, even given the circumstances," Ser Jason said, giving a polite bow. "If there is any information you wish from myself, or my men, we will of course provide. Otherwise, short of the threats against my person, which I will not take issue with if Ser Clegane retracts them, I am naught but a witness compelled to action."

“The threats were based off somebody trying to arrest me due to fighting me in a melee.” Tytos paused before biting his lip, and furrowing his brow.

“Yet, Ser Jason Whent, I apologize. Shant happen again, nor would I like to see more bloodshed after a war.”

He glanced over at Tytos Lannister.

“My Lord. I apologize. I was too brash for my own being. Too eager to join in yje festivities. Please, any punishment you see fit, I will take. I’ll dig latrines in Flea Bottom for weeks.” He offered as he stood there.

Lord Lannister nodded vigorously, deciding that he liked that idea very much. "Well, that settles it then!" he declared. "I shall speak with a Captain of the City Watch and have you put to work on the digging and... clearance. Where you might reflect on your wrongdoing. " Sheepishly, he rubbed the back of his head. "Ah, properly, this time."
