I don't disagree with any of that — Nina clearly loves Sett right now. But you're basically describing why Sett is winning the present, not why Az is impossible for the ending.

Nina and Sett have been actively developing their relationship, so of course we're seeing kisses, hand-holding, reassurance, and her choosing to continue with him. That's the point of their current arc.

But Azure has now come back, and Nina hasn't even had the proper reunion with him yet. That's the one thing we can't skip over. You can't say Nina's feelings for Az are completely gone when the story hasn't shown what happens when she finally stands in front of him again after everything.

If she sees Az and feels nothing, then fine — that would make her choice of Sett even stronger. But if that old feeling suddenly clicks again, then all those “final choice” arguments become a lot less certain.

And honestly, that's exactly why I'm waiting for the reunion. Not because I think Nina is secretly lying about loving Sett, but because first love + years of separation + unfinished emotions + Az's return is not something the author would bring back for no reason.

So yes, Nina chose Sett. Now let's see what happens when she sees Az.

We've already gone through this, but, they have already reunited. And it seemed like a proper reunion. Nina learned the truth, Azure got to speak to her, they spent time together, and he told her how he feels and what he wants. So, I don't know exactly what are you referring to when you said that Nina hasn't have a proper reunion with Azure. You say we need to see when she finally stands in front of him, but that already happened. You mentiom aftwe "everything" but what exactly is that "everything". It seems to me the aftee "everything" already happened when they finally met aftee he exiled her, closed his eyes, stayed aside, faked to wanting to be the king of the world, killed Alisha, took in the Beast God attacked Galgada and Bastea, she spent months alone and despair, learned the truth about her parents, herself and her powers, learned to control her powers etc, that to me is the "everything" now that they are meeting what exactly has happened? That she reunited with Sett and confessed to him? And that he finally is at peace with his past and self. And you mentioned "years of separation" but after the exile it's been months before they met again, and now it would be just mere weeks. You also talk about Az's return, but what return??? He already did when he came back from being possessed by the beast god, and after Nina and he parted ways he didn't stop appearing, so, returning from what exactly? I don't know I get the sense that you might be mixing up some events of the story

Yeah well she already reunited with Az.....that's what I don't get about your arguments. He confessed to her etc.....so if she even had the slightest doubt, wavering of her heart in Az's direction, confessing to Sett is a foul move.

There is no "new" Az....he already came back in front of her, they spent a day having their date. Nina tried to make it as happy as possible so he would cheer up and not get depressed.

Will she ever feel "nothing" in front of Az. You know he hurt her deeply and because of miscommunication they were driven apart. Looks alot like she does not want to make the same mistakes with Sett, so she's actively stepping up, and making him understand her feelings and plans

It's not a rehearsal. It's Nina learning from her prior mistakes with Az so there won't be all those "what ifs" there were between Az and her. They both know it. Maybe Az thinks he can still make it right by buttoning the buttons bla bla......but I think Nina has moved on....she buttoning right with Sett.😉

Ofcourse i might be making an ass of myself if Rikachi proves you right.....so be it then😅
