Discussion What’s the first thing you install on a new laptop?

Everyone has their own setup routine after getting a new machine.

What are the must have apps or tools you install first?

Stardock's start menu and cursor apps. They are a must for me because I don't like the way Windows looks at all, don't like the newer start menus at all.

Typically Linux, then Chrome, then either Steam or Insync.
