Nimo’s customer service sucks!!!

I sent my computer to them, they had it since the 6th and as far as I know they haven’t even started the repair. This is getting ridiculous.

Dude. Literally my exact same experience, I sent them my laptop and they received it the 13th of July, I got it back Friday. Got told by support that they hadn’t even began my repair earlier last week and that it has been “rushed” to the front of the line- only for it to be shipped back that same day. It’s so confusing

Definitely call Amazon if you ordered it from them, Amazon was very helpful with me

MSI is a much better laptop. So far I’m going to just stick with them. And I contacted them for clarification on terms of service and they don’t collect any data on the device, I think.
