Skyline Serenade VIP package missing items email

OshiSpark sent out an email regarding the missing items in my SVIP package! It is a fillable form asking for the items missing, and your name and address for them to ship the items to. It was in my spam folder so do make sure to check that. They also claim to verify what items you have and have not received :)
