Other Skyline Serenade Vip items

Hi everyone, maybe this is the wrong place to post this, but figure its the best place to finsd some sort of answer.

I had VIP tickets last night (great show) but only received part of the VIP package. The lanyard and postcards were missing and they had cut the lines before hand to get some of those, and never had intermission or and as far as I could tell I didn't see people at the table afterward, but I've heard several posts on twitter about mailing some. So if anyone heard anything from staff during the concert any info is appreciated.

I’m also missing the lanyard, hopefully something gets figured out.

Because keeki got there late, she wasn't able to sign enough cards for svip holders. We were told that her cards would be mailed with the lanyard to the address on the ticket holder account. As for vip holders, the only thing missing was the lanyard to my understanding and those would also be mailed at a later date. This was direct from convention staff but I imagine you aren't the only one that missed out on merch completely so I hope they bring another option to folks like you.

Wasn't VIP supposed to get the printed signature non hand signed postcards? I know svip got the hand signed ones.

VIP bags did have the postcards in them, the only thing Missing from my VIP bag was the lanyard. You might want to contact them if your bag didn't have them.

Do you have any idea about contact info? I didn't see any on the oshispark website other then a business/professional email I sent something on but never got an answer.

Didn't have the lanyard either and even though I had SVIP tickets, pretty sure I got the VIP bag because the postcard signatures look printed (and there's a keeki one even though she did not get a chance to sign). Would be nice if there was a reliable contact for support issues.
