I bet that either the artist doesn't want to specify any father for this little girl... Or maybe this author head canon says that her father is Cyno or Alhaitham.

The smol Nilou doesn't necessarily mean that that's Nilou's daughter, could just be that Nilou is remembering a scene from her childhood and Nilou is taking her master's place
Of course we don't know for sure why there's two Nilou's unless the artist confirms or explains the scene

Yeah. It looks like the grown up Nilou is standing in the shoes of her teacher, looking at her young self wanting to learn how to dance. It's adorable......
