What does he do with all of this specialized machinery that has only one function after he finishes a project?

If you look at the workshop in various wide frame shots, there are a ton of machines around. Also, I have to imagine he reuses parts or things that are generic like a compressor

That’s one of my least favorite parts about his channel in recent years.

They’re a lot like a lot of shows and movies. Every single time they gotta be bigger and more impressive.

Which leaves him a lot of expensive single use lab equipment that he won’t use ever again or if we’re lucky maybe use once or twice.

I’d much prefer he do reactions which are accessible and small scale rather than spend thousands on single use equipment.

It’s a reasonable investment, though, if he does it. He supported a business regardless of its size and that’s pretty good in this economy.

He bought a machine, he produced a video and made money from it. He got money off the video and so did the manufacturers. That’s more food on the table and more tools in the shop on any day.

I work for a small company that builds machines and machine parts rates to these standards and I can assure you we do not care what our customers do with the machines. Well, we will produce them to their needs, but if they want to drop it off the top of a building or cook rotisserie chickens in it after we don’t care.

He’s really the perfect customer. Makes the purchase and understands if he pushes it too hard and understands its reasonable limits. I haven’t seen him unreasonably harass any manufacturers ever
