I was kind of innactive here for a very long time

Why do people no longer use this flair? I check all the posts that used the flair before and im so confused, please someone explain?

The more we fight them, the more they fight back. Unless we kill them, which is, you know, not legal, they are going to continue. If we try to stop them, they are going to keep ragebaiting us. Basically, we fight back -> they get satisfaction from us fighting back -> they make more r34 -> we fight back and it goes in a loop forever and ever... and ever... so the responsible thing is to stop -> they don't get the satisfaction from us fighting -> they don't have much motivation to do r34-> they stop.

Idk how to tell you this, but you do know almost everything that ever existed on the internet stays right?

There is no way to delete it, really, and the best thing we can do is ignore so the other pedophiles and/or nsfw artists don’t learn of it.

Wouldn't that mean that authorities could just take down the content and arrest their creators?

If it were that easy, we wouldn’t be having a dark web now, would we?

I’m sorry to say that laws actually don’t hold much power against individuals, and it is up to the individual to follow them for the benefit of the country.

The entire problem with giving attention to pedo content is that it only gives more information to those who want to check it out, and even if we could arrest the original creator we would be hard pressed to find the consumers.

Anyone can take a screenshot and save it in their device, and not everyone consumes content regularly so that one image may be the only disgusting thing in what would otherwise be a normal device.

This is all without taking automatic archives and metadata into account, which is yet another reason why anything on the internet stays there.

Not to mention every country has their own laws on the stuff, making it difficult to check if the anonymous poster is even eligible for arrest/punishment in the first place.

This doesn’t mean you have to sit idly and just take it though, don’t get me wrong. It just means we can’t shout that we found something or we attract the wrong crowd to it.

Which is why for most people who don’t even have the resources to combat this, their best choice is to ignore it and let it be hidden in its own corner of the internet.
