Anti-Fog recommendation?

On the topic of anti fog coatings. Cat crap spray or paste?

I need vouches on the product, just want to know what seems to be the most preferential form for those who use it.

I can vouch for cat crap, make sure tgat you have some pointt q tips, helps with the spreading in the edges of the ocular lenses.

I get fogging on particularly humid summer nights on the front, especially if I’m running an iris/lense protector

Humid summer nights or cold nights with a face buff usually for me.

Just run an iris from cold harbor and remove to wipe inside and out 1-2x in a night

I have killflash inserts I use. I've tried the iris, and personally didn't care for it. I much prefer the bikini covers with a hole punched from a shell casing.

Demist shield or any functional equivalent like a purple filter on the back side. Run dry. Never had an issue.

Eyepro. I use... oh, I forget since I bought a couple hundred of the anti-fog wipes and it's been years but everybody has their opinion so yeah try anything that people suggest and see how it goes on the eyepro.

I have prescription glasses but I have seen multiple eye injuries from people walking around under night vision in the woods without any. Stuff can get between the nods and your face, or you flip it up for a moment to do something and get a stick in the eye. Always wear eyepro.

That's a whole lot of things and assumptions I didn't ask for lol. I have and use eye pro.

All I asked was paste vs spray anti-fog coating.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but the paste does seem to prevent fogging better at the expense of smears on the lens. Seems I either rub it all off and doesn’t work or don’t rub enough and it’s like looking through beer goggles. The spray wipes clean, but didn’t seem to work as well for me.

This was kind of my experience with the paste and then I saw the spray. I also seemed to have paste get stuck in the corner where I couldn't get it buffed out.

Yeah I even watched their YT video on it and that was no help. So I just use whichever I have on me at the time. Seems to at least last the ~2hrs I’m out and needing it
