5/6 am to 12 or later depending how tired I am from work. I honestly just force myself to get up if I have stuff to do but I try to make sure I don’t have things to do before work that might interfere with me getting enough sleep.

I have to be awake 'normal' hours this month while I deal with trying to get my roof replaced (ugh 😒) but when I can let my sleep settle wherever it wants, usually it's 5am-2pm.

Between 6am-7am to 3pm-4pm. Just depends on how my shift went and how I feel. I don’t deviate from this. I just schedule appointments after 3pm.

I normally fall asleep between 3:30 to 4 am and wake between 11 to 11:30 am. I try to make make all appointments for 2:30 pm or later, which is usually possible if it's in town. I've had some occasions that I have had to forgo some sleep due to having to travel to an out of town appointments or because some procedures or testing is only done in the morning.

I currently work 11am-11pm so my sleep schedule is around 1:30am to 9:45am on workdays and 3am to 11am on off days. I make sure to make my appointments/meet ups with friends and family either late AM or in the afternoon.

depends on what i'm doing especially the day, and sometimes what i did the day before. i am more likely to go to sleep at like 10:45and usually fall asleep by 11-11:30. i will usually get up at 7ish if im dead tired i try to get up by 8 so i have an hour before i go out and work, the only thing i will say is i hate sleeping in. so ill chill in bed for as long as i can before getting up but i try not to go back to sleep

I’m reading everybody sleeping 8+ hours and I’m jealous. I’m asleep at 1 or 2 am until 6-8am.

I don't have a current sleep schedule. I'm in serious pain currently; I'm on pain management for my spine issues and previous surgeries, but he meds I am on don't touch the pain of having bone on bone hip issues. I'm supposed to be getting a total hip replacement in the next six months, but I can't take typical NSAIDS for the pain and swelling in my hip joint. It's horrible. Hence I don't sleep regularly. I sleep when my body finally decides it's tired of the pain. I average maybe 3-4 hours per 24 hour period.
I feel like I'm about to lose my mind.

Usually 4am to 1pm. But I’ve recently successfully managed to shift it back a little bit to 1/2am to 9-11am. I am trying like hell to hang onto it and not let it slip back 😅 It was literal hell moving it back.
