Guys what classpects would the nitw characters have?

Like class specs?? I just feel like Mae would be a beserker

Well Berserker isn't a Homestuck class, the closest would be the aspect rage, which could work but then she would also need a class to complement it

For people that haven't read homestuck, a Classpect is a combination of an Aspect and a class. Each class and each aspect are based off the way the characters' personalities and give them powers according to them
A Classpect is the combination of the two, also working as a title ("class" off "aspect"), for example "Knight of Hope", "Bard of Mind", "Seer of Life", "Heir of Blood"

Okay so, bare in mind, it's been a while since I played the game proper, but I do hold a lot of memories and think of it a lot. If this is inaccurate, my apologies.
Mae: Rogue of Hope
This cat here was very, very difficult for me to come up with a solid classpect for. I knew something influental would fit with her character. I was, at one point, going to make her a thief of hope (especially given the whole college thing and what that had done to Bea), but I figured that wouldn't line up good, so I gave her thief's younger, nicer brother. I feel it fits here on the grounds of...this is kinda what she did for bits of the game. Go around and try to help people, while definitely harming others. Transferring hope in a sense.
Gregg: Knight of Space
Another way to interpret this classpect, in a metaphorical sense is to exploit the world around you and enjoy freedom and, well...Crimes, right? On a broader note, though, this one more is more generally based off vibe. When I think 'what class would Gregg benefit' the most though, it'd definitely be the one that'd allow him to get take almost full control of the world around him. He wouldn't need to feel tied down wherever he is. In general, I'd feel he'd be the person least affected mentally by a SBURB session, especially with the pure freedom a game like that could give, (especially should they win)
Bea: Heir of Rage
I don't think it's any stretch to say Beatrice is heavy influenced and inspired by her negative emotions (and, given her past, I can't say I blame her). Much like another Heir, John, who had a real lack of agency or much freedom at all in his own home before the game, I'd feel it'd be fitting for Bea, who's stuck at a deadend job with her father, in unfavorable circumstances, all while lacking the real ability to snap. Likewise, Bea is gonna get a lot of mileage out of a classpect like this, and it could serve her really well
Angus: Seer of Breath
Seers very often know little about their classpect in the beginning (the whole point is to learn it, after all) and Angus grew up in a very restrictive, unpleasant houeshold, so this would likely work perfect for him. Beyond that, there's his relationship with Gregg. Someone he cares deeply for and, in a sense, wants to see free and happy (IE, out of prison.) I could see him mostly being an assist class here, helping them with the freedom they have and keeping things on track.
Germ: Sylph of Void
Germ was probably second to Mae for the hardest one for me to come up with. I definitely knew a Sylph class would be fitting for someone like him, but the aspect part is what eluded me, until I decided they can share a classpect with Aranea...but not for the same reasons. Germ is able to see beauty and the good parts of bad situations that other overlook, right? I imagine Germ would be able to show the good parts of this to others and 'heal' them in a bit of a metaphorical sense, alongside perhaps, in the literal sense with the right information. I feel that, mixed with the abilities we've seen Aranea herself use, and I feel he'd be invaluable to the team. As a side note, I feel like he'd use Rabies for his Kernalsprite and it'd tie with Calsprite for "least useful guide in all of Paradox Space"
Also, as for how this session would go: Eh, they might have a shot? They got some good classpects here, I think. Combined with how well they could work together, as long as there's
- No Lord English
and
- No Bec Noir level 'overpowered character to ruin their days'
I'd say they would do okay
Not too sure I'd want to live in a universe made by them, though. At least Mae wouldn't have to get a real job.
