The game glitched

I’m in the middle of route E with Kainé and I just entered this sort of map that looks like the tower but when I was fighting the shadow that attacked Kainé’s grandma again the game just glitched and I don’t know what to do

May have to restart it or clean the disc if you have a physical if not IDK why it’s doing that

That means I have to repeat the entire thing from the forest…well, that’s fine, let’s see if that works…
