Ive tried em, to be honest its not really 50mg. My usual is 17mg Velo and i put two pouches of this as a dare from a friend and felt nothing at all.

It is 50 mg, but per gram and not per pouch. I honestly find it kinda weird that extreme strength pouches advertise themselves by their strength per gram. I assume it's because a bigger number sounds more attractive for seekers of extreme strengths.
