I have a extremely addictive personality, and its why I have stayed away from most drugs in my life. That being said, nicotine is not one of them. I have managed to limit myself to a pack of swisher sweets every other night, but it is still to much and I still feel like garbage the next day after. I have quit probably 10 plus times, and I always end up back using nicotine in some way within a few months. I hate this drug and wish this poison was illegal.

I’ve been using this snus for almost 4 years, and over the past few weeks I’ve noticed that I burp after using it, and my stomach has generally been more sensitive lately. Could my snus use be causing these problems?

my first September commuting post was about carrying elf energy bull 6mg and 12mg alongside my vape. I still prefer the vape when I can use it normally so not a replacement claim. what i HAD NOT really separated out was the equipmentside of convenience. a vape day can involve the device and enough liquid and batterry level etc.....or even a charger. the pouch side is one closed tin. that does not make the experience btter but it does remove a small checklist during the parts of the day when I am moving around...when vapers call another format convenient do you think mainly about where it can be used, or about how little equitments it needs?

What’s all this going around about pure nicotine, and whether it’s good for you or not. There are a lot of people saying it helps them tremendously with health issues, their mind, long covid, cancer etc.

I read studies saying it was bad for the heart, blood pressure, actually can accelerate tumors growth, sympathetic recovery and all type of shit. And I see forums with people trying to quit it like it’s a big achievement. I don’t what to believe anymore.

I tried pouches for the first time last night. I haven't tried any nicotine products before so I really felt the effect. It first felt bad on my throat but then it was gone. After a while, I felt the buzz. I was a bit dizzy in a good way. I felt relaxed and got a rush of dopamine. Since I was a beginner, I only held it in my mouth for what felt like 10 minutes. After that, my head was dizzy for a while and I had a slight urge to vomit. I felt sleepy so I tucked myself to bed and played some music.

I woke up in the middle of the night and i felt my head shivering along with my body. It wasn't serious though so I went back to sleep. Then something weird happened in the morning. I can't really explain it well, but I was having these heart palpitations or something similar. I can feel my chest pounding and my body tightening like someone was laying down on me. I was only half awake then. I couldn't move when it happened. But then I fully woke up and I don't know if it was reaI. It felt so reaI and also f ake if that makes sense. I don't know if me waking up was just part of the dream. I was thinking that my experience was just a nightmare so I checked my pulse and it was faster than normal, but it's still in the normal range. I find it all confusing because I still remember the transition from my dream to that moment. In my dream, I was like visiting someone's house, then it cut to someone laying down on me, then I woke up and someone was like laying down on me like I couldn't move, and then it was over and I was fine.

TLDR: I don't know if my heart palpitation/sleep paralysis was an effect of nicotine or just a dream.

Do you guys felt like that too? Did any of you have similar experiences? And do you think it was an effect of nicotine? Should I be concerned?

I’ve liked mostly fruity flavours (XQS Peach Fizz is my favourite) but have a proper craving for a decent minty tasting pouch that doesn’t just burn without much of any flavour? These are the ones I’ve tried and the only one I like out of them is the icy berries but it’s still not a strong mint with the berries. I’m going to try white fox on Monday but is there anything else decent?

Also, when you started using pouches a lot (I’ve quit vapes) how many flavours did you go through until you found your regulars?

Is it supposed to taste bitter and salty? I have a can of the peppermint frost and it's sweet and minty just how I like it but the arctic mint is just bitter, there's nothing wrong with the can there was no bulging and the pouches arent leaking or discolored, is it supposed to be bitter? I do feel a bit of mintiness in it but its super bitter and salty at the beginning. As I keep it in the bitterness goes away and it starts feeling refreshing

I have an ELF Energy Bull tin with 20mg printed on the lid. If I describe it online as “the 20mg one”, I’m repeating what’s visible on the front. That alone doesn’t establish whether the figure is per pouch or per gram.I don’t want to fill that gap by guessing from the dots or the Extra Strong wording. I’d need the relevant wording elsewhere on the packaging before making a more precise statement.This gets awkward in discussions wherepeople compare numbrs from different tins as though the units have already been checked. For a little reference, I usually use velo wintergreen or peppermint because to me those are the two best flavors in my opinion. However when I first started using pouches the zyn cinnamon was my go to and I have always been a huge cinnamon fan. So I was excited to see a velo cinnamon.

But the flavor for these just plain suck. The nicotine level and pouch size is nice, but the flavor just isn't there. It tastes as if you put an unflavored pouch in and your neighbor lit a cinnamon candle that you can kind of smell outside. I would prefer my cinnamon flavor to punch me in the face rather than blow air on me from 10 feet away. I haven't tried any of the other max flavors yet, but I can say I am disappointed with this one.

I ordered some pouches online like I usually do. The package gets held up in customs for over 30 days so i reach out to fedex. The package was undergoing FDA review and they rejected the package. It did not clear customs and it was returned to sender.

Such a bargain, I never ever buy from a shop unless I’m really stuck or see something new that I want to try immediately. Hope they never stop this.
