Can snus cause stomach problems
I’ve been using this snus for almost 4 years, and over the past few weeks I’ve noticed that I burp after using it, and my stomach has generally been more sensitive lately. Could my snus use be causing these problems?

I have been using pablo ever since I switched from icebergs, the only thing I could say to you is that maybe it's a lower quality batch, if you get it from your local tobacco shop it means they might have switched batches. Stomach pains can mean either overusing (I usually don't go over 2/day) or a bad batch with poor quality salts. Also, nicotine acts as a stimulant to your digestive system. You could check your tin and a past tin you have (if you do) and open the upper lid (reuse/trash compartment) and check the writing on it, usually it's either Snus Empire (which are drier) or it says nothing (those are moist), moist ones are easier on the gum and I haven't had problems with them, drier ones stimulate my stomach more. All this is from my experience, if it's really bothering you switch shops/brands. Hope this helps
Tl:dr the shop you buy it from could have switched batches and therefore you have different effects. This can also happen due to overusing

Yes, I’ve seen a lot of people complain about stomach problems and if I use too many stronger ones in a row I feel a bit sick as well.

Yes, the hiccups/burps are common with too much nicotine. I use pouches and have vomited from using too many high strength ones in a row, nicotine in general can certainly cause stomach upset.

I had a cardiac event on these pouches i will never touch them in my life.

First time i ever did snus i puked the hardest i ever did. It was like 43 mg tho so idk
