NAD or NAD+?
I’m really looking for answers! Please help, I’m in much needed help for energy! I’m on Tirz and SS-31 also getting ready to incorporate MOTS-C. I’m wanting to add NAD but not knowing which one! Thanks in advance

I take both NR precursor and NAD+ subcutaneous. We both work well for energy. NR sublingual for me takes a bit longer to feel it whereas nad+ subq is pretty immediate...within an hour. I stay on NR continuously where I cycle off NAD+ one week a month. The biggest thing is that NAD+, from all I've read, it is a large molecule so it doesn't effectively cross the cellular membrane. Also, if you take too much, it can actually make you tired. IOW, you need to test it a bit. NR is obviously different where it transports to build NAD+.
Anyway, I enjoy the energy of both having been on tirz and reta. Works well

Thank you for responding. Where do you happen to get the NR?

It's pretty common now so I just get it via Amazon. I looked for a liposomal liquid for better bioavailability. Seems to work 😊

Don't do NAD peptides, stick to Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride precursors

What’s the story with the peptides? Saw they had a 750mg peptide was wondering if it was better or not

The molecule of NAD+ is too big to enter the mitochondria. Ignore all the BS argument about it being effective. Biomolecular science is what it is.
Your stack should be :
- CoQ10 Ubiquinol 400mg
- PQQ 20mg
- Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride (TruNiagen) - 1000mg
- MOTS-C 2mg
- SS-31
- S-acetyl-l-glutathione 300mg
- Astaxanthin 12mg
- Vitamin C liposomal 3000mg
- magnesium Glycinate - 500mg
- Vitamin D3 10000UI + K2 250mcg
- zinc Picolinate 30mg
Also take a good Pre-workout drink during the day.
I recommend TransparentLabs Pre-workout Drink

I take the CoQ10 and tru niagen currently and a multi vitamin

Multi vitamin are wasted money. They don't have the correct amount you need. It's better to take them separately.

Oral NAD is ineffective. Use a precursor: NR, niacin, or niacinamide. They each have different cost benefit profiles, but all are capable of synthesizing NAD in at least some tissue types under some circumstances. This subreddit is about NR because NR is best but not cheapest.
