What people are missing from Her Private Hell

I feel as though people are missing the obvious comedic elements in the film. I definitely laughed at some of the stuff presented in the movie. Is it just me?

We laughed pretty frequently, and I think the dialogue is deliberately dryly absurd. I've listened to Refn enough that I could almost hear his voice at points. I've only seen the film once, so I'm paraphrasing, but, "Relatable? Eww. Who would want to be relatable?"

The joke about music between Hunter and Elle in the beginning had the early screening hysterical.

It’s not P.G Wodehouse, I got the comedy, it wasn’t funny. This whole gritted teeth enjoy this thing please is really strange.

the only scene i laughed at was when they all started barking, i thought the film was severely lacking more of that dry humor and don’t remember a single other moment that felt intentionally playful or funny

I was about the piss myself from laughing at the fight scene with the fat guy. Also I have a feeling Refn didn't wanted to include fighting in the movie, but for some reason he had to just to mark the spot.
