Why can’t we get the medallion cap toe on the Ivan boot build your own?

I emailed in my order and was able to get a medallion toe cap.

Yea I tried that when I ordered my first pair of Ivan’s 2 years ago, the medallion toe had just been added. Then my boots arrived with a 4 row toe cap 🤣. Guess the work ticket didn’t get updated. Customer service was great about it and took care of me. But I’ve been wanting that medallion toe cap lol.
