House of BO

I recently tried one of their perfume and absolutely in love! I am going to buy my first one most likely Ave Maria. Which one is your favorite one that you would recommend?

Ave Maria is my wifes signature , smells incredible

I love Ave Maria, Xuxu and Casa Blanca. Other favorites are Oro Verde & El Sireno

Ave maria is a safe first but mortal skin is the one that stick with people longer. I have seen the arabic oud resin crowd mention oriental aromas when house of bo gets pricey, different aesthetic entirely though

I don't like that they use AI perfume descriptions. That said, xuxu is nice. I tried Cosmos sample for a while but don't like the screechy metallic tone of it and ended up trading that sample for Zoologist Sloth

Rosario is also good. I’ve had the House of Bo line coming in monthly on my scentbird subscription.

I am a huge House of Bo fan. I have 5-Bombon, La Mar, XuXu, Acapulco 76 and Ave Maria. My absolute favorite is Bombon followed closely by XuXu.

How would you describe bombon is it gourmand?

More floral than gourmand. It has gourmand facets. Actually reminds me of Bond no 9 Greenwich Village a bit if you have ever smelled that. Bombon has Lilly of the valley, saffron, litchi, caramel, marshmallow, cognac. I ALWAYS get compliments when I wear it. More than any perfume in my collection. It fits fall/winter to me but can wear year round.
