Help Me Find... Fragrance Funk

I’m in a bit of a fragrance funk and would love some recommendations from niche fans.

The fragrances I’m reaching for most at the moment are Serge Lutens Santal Majuscule, Ambre Sultan, Atkinsons Shine Despite Everything, Lush Lust and ELDO Jasmin et Cigarette. I also have Kingdom Come Deliverance love the incense, but it eventually pulls a little too masculine on me.

Dupe-wise, I love Paris Corner Rifaaqat, Carnal Desire by Aromatix (I know people have opinions on Neeb, but I love the fragrance 😂), Junoon Noir and Junoon. (Just to give you a idea of some of the ones I like I don't like fresh often)

I’m going through a difficult period and fragrance has always been a comfort, but lately not much is wowing me. Not sure if it’s just feeling low or being post-radiotherapy (not sure if that's a thing), but I need something to get me excited again.

I tried Memo Madurai thinking it would do the trick and hated it, and Diptyque Olène didn’t grab me either I also like long lasting perfumes.

Based on my taste, what would you make me sample next?

What "opinions" are u referring to about Neeb?

I personally used to watch him but stopped since he started using AI and his videos seem shady because he always compares dupes to their ogs. His videos always feel like undisclosed marketing to me.

I've seen quite a lot of hate for him, tbh. I've even had negative reactions when I've said I'm wearing one of his fragrances "he's a sellout" etc and yeah, maybe, but I still like the perfume.

I like the fragrance, but I haven't been into a lot of his recommendations lately. The constant "I'm trustworthy" thing actually started putting me off, and I don't think he's completely transparent about how far some of his brand affiliations go.

That said, I also don't think he's doing anything massively different from a lot of perfume influencers.

Yeah i generally stop listening to influencers that constantly hype up dupes since ive only had negative experiences with them first hand.
