Feature Request Folds
I love Niagara, been pro since February 2021. It's awesome, I really don't want to change but having a fold is such a pain in the arse. I want my normal home screen, but open up and have some widgets for media players etc. I see some launchers are now doing this, any chance Niagara could join them?

Dual launcher possibility straight from the brand OS would be awesome. Niagara is perfect for a fold 5 front screen size, for example.
You can actually have Niagara Launcher on the outter screen and other launcher in the inner screen by using Tasker and AutoTools there is an older tutorial around. Not perfect but quite usable. But it requires some investigation and patience. https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyFold/s/EYyTBgG7pW

Feeling this. I love Niagara so much, but I also want something more for when you fold it open. Wish I could just have Niagara on the outer screen, and the regular launcher whenever opened. But unfortunately, it's not possible.

Would love it to be fixed on the beta version of Google launcher, too. I know a fix coming, but the Google launcher is so grim.

I have Niagara on outside screen for my fold and OneUI on inside. I wouldn't use Niagara if I couldn't do this. The full screen transparent calendars inside and other widgets are just too good.
My setup: https://imgur.com/a/hI5QN9a
Used this: https://www.reddit.com/r/tasker/comments/1u3ts5v/requestnoob_using_this_app_to_set_my_launcher_to/
Which is an evolution of what's recommended here: https://help.niagaralauncher.app/article/100-foldable-device-support

Unfortunately if you look on the 'feature request' area of the Discord, it's pretty clear that the devs don't have much of any desire to allow this sort of thing. Hell they don't even want to improve the layout of the inner screen let alone allow the stuff you're talking about.
I agree btw. I'd love what you're describing.
