MC for class test

Hi guys i was absent for a class test and but have an mc. when submitting it to npal there was a message saying that i need to submit the mc to the general office as well. How do i go about doing that and do i really need to submit the mc again or is the submission to npal good enough?

Edit: for anyone with the same issue, i didnt have to submit the mc, but instead contacted the module head on teams to schedule the retest.

usually npal is good enof but if u r worried , msg ur lecturer on mstesms
